Manage and track customs-related procedures with customs agencies. **JOB DESCRIPTION** * **Job Objective** Manage indirect procurement of domestic and international spare parts, general supplies, services, maintenance, and construction projects, as well as customs procedures, ensuring timely and efficient supply for operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure supply of materials and services requested by departments. * Conduct quotations, proposal analysis, and purchase execution. * Negotiate commercial terms with domestic and international suppliers. * Manage and track customs-related procedures with customs agencies. * Identify alternative suppliers to generate cost savings or improved margins for the business. * Place and track purchase orders. * Maintain weekly control of payment scheduling. * Manage supplier onboarding in the system. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. * **Experience:** * Procurement – 2 years * Planning/Analysis – 2 years * Negotiation – 2 years * Importation – 2 years * **Languages:** Intermediate English (50% written, spoken, and reading proficiency). * **Tools:** ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and database management. * **Availability:** Occasional nationwide travel.
