




Provide support in administrative and procurement management activities, primarily in the preparation of **purchase requisitions and quotations**, ensuring that processes are carried out in an orderly, timely manner and in accordance with internal company guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and follow up on **internal requisitions** for materials, services or supplies. * Request and compare **quotations** from different suppliers. * Assist in the preparation of **purchase orders** or related acquisition documents. * Maintain updated records of **suppliers and budgets**. * Support filing, document control and delivery tracking tasks. * Participate in the **data entry and administrative data control** (Excel, databases, internal forms). * Assist in preparing weekly area reports. * Provide general support to administration and human resources departments when needed. **Requirements:** * Active undergraduate student in **Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.** * Basic knowledge of **Excel, Word and email handling.** * Basic knowledge of **procurement or requisition processes** is desirable. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and commitment * Effective communication * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Teamwork **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 h Workplace: On-site employment Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
