QUEST DIAGNOSTICS is the leading Clinical Laboratory Testing company in the United States, with a global presence. ***We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst*** REQUIREMENTS * Technical degree in computing, University Higher Technician in computing, or Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in computing or related field. * Experience in technical support for systems, networks, and communications (mandatory). * Knowledge of maintenance for physical infrastructure installations. * Preventive and corrective maintenance for IT and physical infrastructure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate English (desirable). * Adherence to and follow-up on procedures. * Excellent service attitude and willingness to learn new technologies. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, email, or support ticketing system. * Install software, hardware, and peripheral devices for users. * Troubleshoot network systems. * Resolve user access, software, and hardware issues. * Document each case. * Timely escalation when assistance is required.
