Quality Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and maintain the quality system, ensure compliance with procedures, and participate in continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and updates the quality management system. 2. Ensures implementation of management procedures and instructions. 3. Actively participates in continuous process improvement. **Requirements.** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or Industrial, Production, or Process Engineering. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. **Responsibilities.** * Preparation and updating of quality management system documents. * Strict adherence to QMS requirements. * Ensuring implementation of procedures, instructions, and management methods. * Coordinating follow-up on KPI reporting. * Participating in food safety and 5S audits. * Managing quality indicators and developing visual aids and quality alerts. * Initiating nonconformities and tracking their resolution. * Participating in continuous process improvement. * Raising staff awareness regarding QMS compliance. **Note:** Open to performing other tasks assigned as required by company needs and the nature of the position.
