Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to manage supplier payments, ensuring compliance with procedures and credit terms within a global automotive company. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in supplier payments and tax compliance. 2. ERP (SAP or QAD) and Excel with macros proficiency. 3. Key role in accounts payable management and internal audits. Our core principles include quality, commitment to health and safety, and environmental stewardship. **Primary Job Objective:** Ensure timely and compliant payment to suppliers for services and materials according to established procedures and credit terms. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * Knowledge of tax compliance requirements. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate fluent English. * Proficiency in Excel, including macros, etc. * ERP experience, SAP or QAD. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Create supplier accounts payable; validate receipt of invoices entered into the system against invoices loaded in Narancia. * Adhere to credit terms defined in purchase orders when processing each invoice payment. * Track deliverables requested for audit and internal control requirements. * Track deliverables requested for audit and internal control requirements.
