




**CONSTRUCTORA INSUR WITH MORE THAN 41 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE MARKET, WE ARE SPECIALISTS IN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION** **Position:** Administrative Construction Control Manager **Location:** Central park (South Center) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm We are seeking an Administrative Construction Control Coordinator responsible for managing and supervising administrative processes on-site, budget control, estimates, purchase orders, physical-financial progress, and contractual compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and monitoring of budgets and estimates. * Supervise purchase orders and supplier payments. * Prepare physical-financial progress reports. * Coordinate with site supervisors and construction management. * Ensure administrative and documentation compliance. * Support audits and project closings. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative construction control, preferably in AAA projects or large-scale projects. * Knowledge of construction regulations and budgeting. * Proficiency with software such as Neodata, Opus, advanced Excel, etc. * Analytical and organizational skills.
