We are a multinational company dedicated to the manufacturing, heat treatment, and repair of pallets (CHEP or TARIMA AZUL). **General Description:** Supervise and coordinate the achievement of objectives. Maintain an adequate workforce to meet objectives. Ensure availability of appropriate resources (personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and provisions). Ensure operations are carried out according to quality standards established in procedures: Process sheets. Inspection guidelines. Carry out the provisions of the internal work regulations. Accurately record attendance for personnel under supervision. Records of production made by repairers. Control of pallets to be audited by the client. Ensure all repair, painting, and logo areas and equipment are properly maintained. Execute pest control processes requested by the client while complying with internal plant guidelines. Comply with BPM and ISO 22000 guidelines. Execute each activity correctly based on FSC Chain of Custody principles. Comply at all times with self-declaration guidelines, ensuring proper control and management of forest resources used in Pallet Repair and Manufacturing. **Daily Activities** Review and oversee repair, painting, and logo operations. Attend the daily start-up meeting scheduled by the Plant Manager to plan workload and daily operations. Conduct production sampling to validate product quality. Keep equipment in normal operating condition; if maintenance is required, issue a service order to the Maintenance Supervisor. Review and/or authorize production records from the Floor Controller regarding daily production and repaired pallet quality. Verify that all personnel under supervision have their safety equipment as specified in the job station's process sheet. Keep the assigned area clean and organized. Cover other production areas such as shipping, loading, preparation, etc., when operation requires it. When needed, analyze results from repair, painting, and labeling activities with the Plant Manager. Follow up on the supply of necessary production tools with Plant Management. When required, prepare the production line for client audits. Monitor training for personnel under supervision and ensure proper application.
