Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure product performance and compliance with standards, managing personnel development and continuous improvement strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures quality and compliance with requirements for automotive products. 2. Leads and develops personnel by managing quality strategies. 3. Promotes continuous improvement and handles customer audits. **AUTOMOTIVE-FOCUSED PLASTIC INJECTION COMPANY EXPANDING OPERATIONS** **Seeking a Quality Supervisor** ***Profile:*** * Education: **Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field** * Age: **20 to 38 years old** * Gender: **No preference** * English: INTERMEDIATE B1 OR B2 * **Minimum 2 years of experience** ***Mandatory Knowledge:*** * IATF 16949 standard – advanced intermediate level * Core Tools – advanced intermediate level * Blueprint interpretation * Problem-solving methodology * Applied chart interpretation ***Desirable Knowledge:*** * Advanced Excel * Use of measurement equipment ***Job Description:*** * Ensure product performance and quality comply with corporate and regulatory requirements. * Ensure quality control objectives are clearly understood. * Monitor quality department activities. * Ensure compliance with quality policies. * Ensure compliance with all customer and corporate procedures. * Enforce company-established quality management system policies and procedures. * Manage and promote the development and training of assigned personnel. * Develop strategies to prevent, detect, and correct quality nonconformities in production areas. * Conduct customer audits. * Provide follow-up and support on quality issues with customers. * Monitor quality department activities. * Track quality department key performance indicators (KPIs). ***Soft Skills:*** * Leadership * Effective communication * Strong organizational skills * Sense of urgency Company Location: Parque Tecnológico Innovación, El Marqués, Querétaro Job Offer: * Gross monthly salary: **$15,000 to $20,000 depending on experience** * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM** * 3-month probationary period, followed by an indefinite-term contract * Statutory benefits * 23-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Transportation service (routes) or gasoline vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria service Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Language: * English (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
