Dynamic and collaborative work environment We are a Mexican company providing payroll deduction services to workers enrolled primarily in USEBEQ and SESEQ, as well as offering domiciled loans to employees of state and federal government agencies, and to employees of over 250 national companies. We seek motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to advise employees in the state of Querétaro—specifically in the San Juan del Río region and neighboring municipalities. **Job Requirements** * Gender: Unspecified * Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) * Field sales experience * Prospecting experience * Experience selling financial services, automobiles, or motorcycles * Familiarity with the local area * Age: 24–45 years * Personal vehicle required (motorcycle or car) **Job Responsibilities** * Sell payroll-deducted loans, motorcycle loans, and auto loans to potential customers * Identify opportunities for group presentations to employees * Achieve company-established sales targets * Conduct prospecting across various institutions in the state of Querétaro * Record commercial activities * Prospect via door-to-door visits, social media, and kiosks * Provide administrative support to internal and external promoters **Benefits and Additional Perks** * Competitive base salary * **Additional commissions exceeding $20,000 (uncapped)** * Ongoing training in sales and products * Bonuses for meeting performance goals * Opportunities for growth and development within the company * Life insurance * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage * Statutory vacation days * Bonuses and year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) **Work Schedule** **Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, including one-hour lunch break** **Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM** **About the Company** Refacil Servicios Integrales S.A. de C.V. is a leading financial services company in Mexico, specializing in payroll deduction services for government employees, with a long-standing commitment to its clients.
