Position Summary: We are seeking a Design Coordinator to supervise, review, and develop executive projects, coordinating model quality under the BIM framework. Key Points: 1. Executive project coordination and development 2. BIM model quality management 3. Interdisciplinary coordination **Design Coordinator.** Requirements: Completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Three years of experience in similar positions. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in AutoCAD Proficiency in Revit Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform Knowledge of **BIM** protocols and processes Experience in executive project development Knowledge of Navisworks Manage Knowledge of design quality standards Knowledge of construction materials, products, and processes General design regulations Project management software proficiency **Main Responsibilities:** Interdisciplinary coordination, review, and development of executive projects. Coordination and quality management of models under the BIM workflow.
