Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and engineers. **EDM MANUFACTURERS**, a company specializing in **furniture manufacturing and installation**, as well as **comprehensive adaptation of commercial premises**, providing **end-to-end solutions for the retail sector**, invites you to join its team as a **3D VISUALIZER / RENDERER**. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Create realistic and technically accurate digital representations of executive projects using specialized software, facilitating visualization of the final design prior to implementation. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * Education: Architecture or Civil Engineering student (internship level) or graduate. * Proven experience: 2–3 years in a similar role and retail projects. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V\-Ray, Twinmotion, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Key competencies: Analytical thinking, organization and precision, effective communication, teamwork, adherence to delivery deadlines. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Generate high-quality 3D images and renders from architectural drawings and design criteria. * Translate technical and aesthetic concepts into clear and compelling visualizations. * Support the drafting and design team in visually validating spaces, materials, finishes, and lighting. * Perform visual adjustments based on client feedback or design changes. * Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure consistency between technical drawings and visualizations. **WE OFFER:** * Gross Monthly Salary: $12,000 to $15,000 * Statutory Benefits * Opportunity for indefinite-term employment * Opportunity for performance-based salary adjustment: * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:30\. * Cooperative Offices: Tlahuac Borough, two blocks from Nopalera Metro Station Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Which software do you use to render retail projects, and which rendering engine do you use most frequently? \- Please attach your render portfolio.
