Miguel Hidalgo 152, Centro, 76800 San Juan del Río **Rotating schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Weekend from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, rotating weekend day off **Modality:** In-person ### **✅ Main responsibilities:** * Promptly and professionally attend to customers and visitors. * Timely follow-up on customer needs, ensuring a high-quality experience. * Apply customer service protocols and satisfaction programs (Genzan, Mysales, Kpis, Kiosck). * Manage databases, appointment scheduling, and information routing. * Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum education: **Completed high school**. * Proficiency in Office suite. * Experience in customer service and/or administrative functions. * Basic knowledge of document management and information control. * Communication, organizational, and customer-oriented skills. * Knowledge of sales and digital platforms. ### **We offer:** * Base salary 8,400 \+ commissions. * Statutory benefits. * 25 days year-end bonus * 27.5 Sunday premium pay * Day off on your birthday * Profit sharing (PTU) * Training and uniforms * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities.
