




Position: Administrative Coordinator Location: El Marqués, Qro. Modality: In-person (office) Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Weekly Salary: $4,000 to $5,500 (depending on experience) Position Type: Full-time, direct hiring Job Description Main Responsibilities \- Record income, expenses, and bank transactions. \- Perform weekly bank reconciliations. \- Schedule and execute payments to suppliers, payroll, and expenses. \- Issue and follow up on electronic invoicing. \- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. \- Prepare weekly cash flow reports. \- Coordinate basic human resources matters (payroll, attendance, contracts, vacations). \- Maintain updated administrative records. \- Ensure accurate and timely information. Requirements Technical degree or Bachelor's in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative or accounting areas. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience with administrative systems such as COMPAQI (Desirable) Knowledge of CFDI 4.0 invoicing, payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.
