




Job Summary: We are seeking an assistant to perform administrative and operational tasks in the shipping department, generating key documents and managing information. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in invoicing and shipping document management 2. Administrative and operational support for shipments REQUIREMENTS \-Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Business Management, Logistics, or related field (Preferred). \-Minimum requirement: completed high school, vocational baccalaureate, or technical degree. \-1 year of experience in a similar position \-Knowledge of invoicing, payment complements, credit notes, freight bills, and delivery notes. \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP \-Availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Saturday \-Preference for candidates residing near the workplace. \-No transportation issues to Parque Puerta Querétaro.
