Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures **JOB SUMMARY / POSITION SUMMARY** Responsible for coordinating the maintenance technical team, assigning tasks, managing spare parts, establishing priorities, and tracking preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of plant machinery and facilities. **Activities / Activities:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. * Implement improvements to ensure optimal equipment performance. * Support installation and commissioning of new machinery. * Document performed activities according to established procedures. **Education and Experience / Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance or related field, or TSU in Maintenance or related field, or Technical Career in Maintenance or related field (desirable). * 6 months in a similar position. **Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge / Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge** * Teamwork, communication, priority management, ability to work under pressure. * General knowledge of industrial mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. **COMPETENCIES / COMPETENCIES** * Work awareness and risk awareness * Productivity * Quality * Safety * Commitment * Punctuality and attendance * Teamwork
