Job Summary: You will coordinate and track projects, working with database engines and implementing/maintaining Java-based systems, as well as supervising and supporting the development team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project coordination and tracking with internal management 2. Implementation and maintenance of Java-based systems 3. Supervision and support for the development team **We are seeking an IT Project Manager** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (2 hours and 30 minutes for lunch). **Your responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating and tracking projects in collaboration with internal management. * Working with database engines such as IDM, Oracle, DB2, or Sybase. * Implementing and maintaining systems developed in Java, including handling lambda expressions. * Supervising and supporting the development team during application development. * Designing, developing, and administering databases **We offer:** * Monthly salary of $40,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Profit-sharing payment * Life insurance * 3% savings fund contribution * Profit-sharing equivalent to one month's salary * 50% paid vacation bonus Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $40,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life insurance Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * IT Project Leadership: 2 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
