Senior Accountant with extensive experience in financial, tax, and administrative accounting, specializing in comprehensive financial statement management, tax compliance, and accounting analysis. Proven track record leading accounting processes, monthly and annual closings, internal and external audits, and optimization of financial controls. **Job Responsibilities** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate companies. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting systems such as Contpaq and Nomipaq. * Knowledge: Current Mexican tax and accounting legislation. * Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate leadership, and communicate effectively. **Key Activities** * Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial statements. * Supervise and coordinate the accounting processes under your responsibility. * Ensure the company’s compliance with tax and accounting obligations. * Perform bank reconciliations and account analyses. * Maintain up-to-date accounting and documentary records. * Provide financial and accounting advisory support to other departments as needed. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Ongoing professional training and development. * Annual life insurance and major medical expense coverage. * Opportunity for career growth within the company. * Excellent work environment and team-building activities.
