Position Summary: LOUVA is seeking a Structural Modeler to create detailed digital models of building structures, working collaboratively on BIM projects. Key Highlights: 1. BIM structural modeling for construction projects 2. Collaborative work with teams via Autodesk Construction Cloud 3. Development of planimetry, volumetry, and quantification tables ***LOUVA*** is seeking: **STRUCTURAL MODELER** **Primary Objective:** Create detailed digital models of building structures, providing accurate information regarding geometry, properties, and relationships. ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Perform structural modeling in BIM construction projects. * Model structures incorporating construction processes. * Model steel structures in Revit. * Configure templates and develop families. * Collaborate with project teams using Autodesk Construction Cloud. **REQUIREMENTS** * Civil engineer, architect, or related field graduate. * 2–3 years of experience. * Basic English proficiency. **Required Knowledge:** * Revit software. * Intermediate level in Autodesk Revit Structure. * Reinforcing steel modeling. * Construction standards and regulations. * Drawing interpretation. * AutoCAD; Civil 3D is desirable. * Planimetry and volumetry development. * Preparation of quantification tables from model elements to link volumes to a concept catalog for bidding purposes. * Development of concept catalogs. WORK MODALITY: **ON-SITE** SCHEDULE: **MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM\-6:00 PM** LOUVA OFFICE: **JACARANDAS 92, ZAPOPAN, JALISCO** Job Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * In this role: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
