Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive security professional with excellent interpersonal skills to protect members, guests, and staff, as well as safeguard facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Constant surveillance and patrolling to detect anomalies 2. Access control and asset protection 3. Member service with courtesy and emergency response We seek an attentive, proactive, and highly personable security professional to join our team. The primary objective is to ensure the safety of members, guests, and staff, as well as protect the facilities, maintenance equipment, and the golf course's natural perimeter. Main Responsibilities Surveillance and Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols (on foot or by golf cart) across the holes, practice areas, clubhouse, and perimeters to detect anomalies. Access Control: Monitor the entry and exit of members, vendors, and visitors, verifying credentials and vehicle logs. Asset Protection: Monitor maintenance equipment storage rooms, caddie area, and parking lots. Member Service: Provide courteous assistance and information to players while consistently maintaining club etiquette and protocol. Emergency Response: Act as first responder in case of medical incidents, fires, or unauthorized intrusions, coordinating with emergency services when necessary. Reporting: Prepare daily logs and detailed incident reports.
