Join our team and be part of a luxury residential project!** We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a site resident and/or construction supervisor for apartment towers, residential buildings, or mixed-use developments. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Proven experience in similar projects. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision of structural work (concrete/metal), masonry, finishes, and installations. * Reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and technical drawings. * Scheduling, monitoring, and tracking of construction progress. * Verification of quantities, takeoffs, and cost estimates. * Ensuring quality in processes, materials, and compliance with safety standards. * Coordination with site residents, management, and technical departments. * Oversight and follow-up with contractors/subcontractors. * Preparation of site logs and progress reports.
