Due to growth and development, we are currently seeking your talent as: **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR IN PRIVATE SECURITY** Main Requirements: * **Valid military discharge document and current driver's license (mandatory)** * Preferred: Completed Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with excellent Office skills. * Experience with firearms and performance in leadership roles managing security personnel. **(desirable)** * At least 2 years of experience in similar positions with good results **(NOT NECESSARILY IN THE SECURITY INDUSTRY).** Responsibilities: * Ensure transmission and compliance of service instructions to each assigned personnel, providing daily training. * Assign work positions according to client type and specific post requirements. * Risk identification and analysis. * Compliance with protocols and instructions. Plan, supervise, and conduct patrols (attendance roll call, review of logs, incident or occurrence reports, monitoring of personnel and vehicle controls and records). * Ensure service coverage (minimizing absences and staff turnover). * Detect and deter potential risk factors, acting responsibly while analyzing internal and external circumstances. * Guarantee adherence to the Code of Ethics and prevent any acts of bribery. * Submit quality and service level reports. * Evaluate personnel performance based on service instructions and client/user needs. **What do we offer?** Variable compensation depending on experience and skills, reaching up to **$16,000 BASE TAX-FREE PLUS PERFORMANCE BONUSES.** Statutory benefits.
