




Main responsibilities: * Perform preliminary tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, preparing basic sauces and other ingredients. * Cook simple dishes following established recipes and procedures, using different cooking techniques as required. * Keep the work area clean, disinfect cloths and utensils, and assist in organizing received food items. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards in all tasks performed. * Collaborate with the head chef in dish preparation, order fulfillment, and general kitchen maintenance.
