Reception Supervisor at Residence Inn by Marriott Playa del Carmen We are looking for a Reception Supervisor with experience and advanced skills in hotel operations to join our team. Responsibilities.\- Supervise and lead the front desk team while following established procedures. Establish and maintain customer service standards according to brand guidelines. Resolve guest issues and complaints by offering alternatives aimed at service recovery. Implement hotel policies and procedures, both operational and financial. Train and develop the reception team to meet departmental standards and KPIs. Work together with the department head to achieve KPIs: Mobile Services, Memberships. Cover for the department leader when absent to ensure continuity of front desk operations. Ensure that front desk shifts are properly staffed to guarantee service and guest attention. Identify arrivals of elite members and manage amenities for VIP guests. Complete all required RCD Hotels and Marriott training courses and ensure team compliance. Provide support at all times for any activities required by the department and hotel. Assist immediate supervisor in all assigned tasks. Support reservations when off-property to ensure hotel sales. Support the sales team with needs arising from corporate accounts, groups, or events, as well as attract and acquire new clients.
