Key Duties: * **Accounting Management:** Maintain up-to-date accounting records, including income and expense entries in accounting books. * **Reporting:** Prepare and present monthly financial statements to condominium owners and the Board of Administration. * **Collections and Treasury:** Issue individual account statements, collect regular/extraordinary fees, fines, and manage collections from delinquent accounts. * **Budgeting and Control:** Prepare the annual budget and monitor expenditures to ensure they do not exceed budgeted amounts. * **Tax Compliance:** Process and file applicable taxes according to local legislation. * **Reserve Fund Management:** Manage the community’s reserve funds transparently. * **Advisory Services:** Support the administrator and Board in financial decision-making. * **Payroll:** Issue payroll receipts, populate SUA and IDSSE systems.
