The primary objective of this position is to efficiently control and administer the inventory of spare parts, tools, supplies, and materials necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance of employee transportation units. Duties and Responsibilities * Receiving, inspecting, and recording spare parts, tires, lubricants, and materials. * Physical and system-based inventory control and administration. * Supplying spare parts to the maintenance department according to authorized work orders. * Controlling warehouse inbound and outbound movements. * Verifying minimum and maximum inventory levels. * Preparing consumption and material turnover reports. * Supporting physical and periodic inventories. * Tool and equipment control assigned to mechanics. * Proper safeguarding of materials. * Support in quotations and supplier follow-up. * Specific control: automotive spare parts, tires, lubricating oils, filters, batteries, and safety equipment.
