Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Analyst to handle data administration and loading, route registration and tracking, evidence management, and communication with operators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data administration and loading 2. Route registration and tracking 3. Communication with operators and customer interaction Operations Analyst Must reside in the following areas: Naucalpan, Cuajimalpa, Palo Solo, Huixquilucan, Tecamachalco, Santa Fe. Data administration and loading Route registration and tracking Evidence management Uploading evidence to portals Customer satisfaction surveys Route quality control Tracking of pending tasks Communication with operators Performance evaluation Customer interaction Monday to Thursday: 9 AM to 6 PM; Friday: 9 AM to 3 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
