**Grupo Hersa is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Naucalpan \- Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Operations Leader** with experience in logistics operations, inventory control, and team leadership within food, manufacturing, or fast-moving consumer goods companies. The primary objective will be to ensure proper management of raw material and finished goods warehouses, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, operational compliance, and continuity of the production plan. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain. * Mandatory experience handling perishable products, refrigerated chambers, and cold chain logistics. * Advanced user-level proficiency in SAP (MRP / WM modules). * Experience in cycle counting, FIFO, traceability, and inventory reconciliation. * Knowledge of quality and food safety standards: FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, or NOM\-251\. * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, reconciliations). * Experience leading operational warehouse teams. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Supervise receipt, storage, and picking of raw materials and finished goods. * Reconcile physical inventory against SAP system records. * Coordinate cycle and annual inventory counts. * Ensure achievement of KPIs. * Lead the warehouse operational team. * Guarantee compliance with quality, food safety, and audit requirements. * Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Distribution to ensure operational continuity. **Key Competencies:** ----------------------- * Operational leadership. * Organization and control. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results orientation. * Decision-making ability. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving skills.
