Structured and professional work environment Support the proper receipt, storage, picking, and inventory control of pharmaceuticals and healthcare supplies, ensuring compliance with good storage practices, batch and expiry traceability, and applicable regulatory standards for the pharmaceutical sector. Main Responsibilities * Receive and verify goods (product, batch number, expiry date, quantities). * Physically arrange products according to storage guidelines (FEFO). * Pick and prepare orders. * Validate batches and expiry dates prior to dispatch. * Assist with cyclic and general inventories. * Labeling, packaging, and preparation for shipment. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitary standards. * Report deviations, damages, or inconsistencies. * Support internal documentation and warehouse logbooks. Ideal Profile * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (pharmaceutical, medical, or food industry preferred). * Basic knowledge of inventory management and batch control. * Discipline, organization, and attention to detail. * Strong sense of responsibility. Especially Valued * Experience in regulated warehouses. * Basic knowledge of good storage practices. * Experience handling products controlled by batch and expiry date. * Interest in developing a career in the pharmaceutical sector.
