You will support residential installations, fiber optic cable laying and routing within buildings (residences, offices, and commercial buildings), ensuring high-quality service to the end customer. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school or technical high school diploma (preferred). * **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Flexible availability for work hours. ### **We Offer:** * **Base Salary**: $8,000 per month * **Monthly Bonuses**: From $1,000 to $5,000 based on performance * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) * Work tools, company-provided transportation vehicle, and fuel * Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within the company
