**ICA** **A leading construction and infrastructure company invites you to join its select team as:** **"CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER FOR HIGHWAY COMPLEMENTARY WORKS"** **Project: Construction of the Atizapan\-Atlacomulco Highway** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Civil Engineer or Architect (Degree and Professional License) * 4 years of experience in highway projects (Complementary Works and Highway Drainage) **General Knowledge:** * **Surface Drainage:** Ditches, splash pads, curbs, and counter-ditches to channel rainwater, preventing erosion and pavement deterioration. * **Minor/Transverse Drainage:** Culverts, bridges, and fords to cross watercourses. * **Slope and Structure Protection:** Stone pitching, gabions, retaining walls, and vegetation-based stabilization. * **Signage and Safety:** Vertical and horizontal signage, protective barriers (metal guardrails), and speed humps. * **Service Elements:** Toll plazas, lighting, and rest areas. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring of the construction process. * Supervision of on-site construction activities. * Reconciliation of work progress with subcontractors for billing and payment. * Strict adherence to the project contract, schedule, and design during construction, ensuring quality and safety. * Maintenance of the construction logbook and progress tracking.
