Position Summary: Administer resources, equipment, machinery, and facilities to maintain optimal conditions, quality, and food safety, and execute investments for improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and auditing of contractor work **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** * Administer departmental resources to maintain company equipment, machinery, and facilities in optimal condition, ensuring quality, food safety, cost control, and service. * Administer and execute company-requested investments for facility, process improvements, and asset acquisition, complying with and enforcing food safety and quality requirements and needs. * Ensure expenditures are made according to agreed-upon investment closure dates. **REQUIREMENTS** * Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field degree (CERTIFIED) * Minimum 4 years of verifiable prior experience in projects, budgeting, contractors, etc. * Proficiency in job-related tools (AutoCAD, SAP, Excel, Power BI, etc.) * Intermediate English proficiency * Personnel management experience **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review daily work plans with contractors. * Sign industrial safety permits. * Supervise contractor-executed work performed each day. * Generate purchase requests for materials or services. * Conduct safety audits with contractors. * Maintain records of executed purchases and the project expenditure plan. * Prepare a daily activity report. * Develop weekend work plans and coordinate with affected departments. * Perform other periodic and occasional duties. **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits from the first day of employment.
