Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Analyst to conduct daily monitoring of the production schedule, ensure raw material availability, and coordinate subcontracting orders to maintain operational continuity. Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization A leading company in the graphic arts sector is currently seeking a **Production Analyst** to join its team. **Position Objective:** Conduct daily monitoring of the production schedule, ensuring timely availability of raw materials for proper execution of work orders. Responsible for issuing, coordinating, and monitoring subcontracting orders, guaranteeing their timely and accurate fulfillment according to the production plan, thereby ensuring operational continuity and on-time delivery commitments. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Systems Engineering degree (intern or graduate). **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years as a Planning Analyst or in similar roles. **Technical Knowledge:** * Manufacturing processes. * Graphic arts industry (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Receive, validate, and generate production orders, ensuring completeness of information for accurate system execution. * Plan and monitor the production schedule, optimizing resources and meeting established deadlines. * Coordinate with departments such as Prepress, Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure proper order execution. * Ensure raw material and supply availability through close follow-up with Procurement and Warehouse. * Administer and monitor subcontracting orders, ensuring compliance with the production plan. * Monitor in-process orders to guarantee on-time deliveries. * Prepare performance reports and KPIs related to production and service. * Identify deviations from the production plan and propose corrective actions. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Maintain constant communication with key departments to align production with demand. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Professional growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service Application Question(s): * Do you have experience generating and monitoring production schedules?
