




Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in personnel management, inventory control, budgeting, and vendor management to supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the operational continuity of the shopping center. Ensures operational continuity of the shopping center **SHOPPING CENTER \- PUERTA TEXCOCO located in Texcoco.** Currently recruiting: "Maintenance Manager" We offer: * Gross monthly salary of $19,640 / weekly payroll payment / via BBVA * Direct employment contract with the shopping center / 100% IMSS registration * Benefits effective from day one * Standard shift from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break), subject to operational needs or special events * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday / weekday rest day Requirements: * **Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar maintenance roles for real estate properties, verifiable** * Preferred: completed university degree * (personnel management, inventory control, budgeting, internal and external vendor management, special event installations, plumbing, drywall, electrical work, painting, furniture, and finishing works) * Valid and updated official documentation (INE, IMSS, CURP, RFC) * Preferred: residence near the location or flexibility regarding schedules and commuting Responsibilities: * Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of our specialized equipment * (generators, power plants, freight elevators, pumping systems, etc.) * Organize and supervise general maintenance activities including masonry, hydrosanitary systems, plumbing, landscaping, drywall, welding, electrical systems, etc. * Supervise maintenance performed by external vendors and ensure work quality and delivery standards. * Coordinate and lead the maintenance team to guarantee efficiency and quality in all tasks. * Manage maintenance planning and budgeting strategies to optimize resource utilization. * Ensure operational continuity of the shopping center and make timely, appropriate decisions. * Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Administer the maintenance department’s budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization. * Coordinate with the procurement department to fulfill necessary maintenance requirements for the shopping center * Oversee various maintenance areas (special installations, façades, shopping center maintenance)
