Senior Community Manager / Content **Your mission in this role** You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing audiovisual content that delivers real results: from engagement to sales. **Responsibilities:** * Ideate creative campaigns and concepts for organic and paid content. * Develop scripts, storytelling, and proposals aligned with various brands and audiences. * Coordinate end-to-end audiovisual production (planning, filming, and delivery). * Collaborate closely with design, social media, and commercial teams. * Ensure each piece has a clear objective: conversion, reach, engagement, or sales. * Manage the content workflow: calendar, ideation, production, and tracking. Candidate Profile We Seek * Prior experience in digital content creation and management (video preferred). * Strategic mindset: you understand metrics and know how to optimize them. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience working at AAA companies.
