




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively develop and manage payroll operations, ensuring legal compliance and effective employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for severance payments, settlements, and CFDI A prestigious Mexican firm with over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * **Experience:** Demonstrable experience in the full payroll cycle (typically 2\+ years). * **Technical Knowledge:** Labor and tax laws (LFT, LISR, IMSS), payroll software proficiency, intermediate Excel skills. Responsibilities: * **Calculation and processing:** Prepare weekly, biweekly, or monthly payrolls. * **Incident management:** Validate absences, disabilities, overtime, vacations, and leave requests. * **Legal compliance:** Calculate payroll taxes (ISN, ISR), withholdings, and social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT). * **Employee support:** Address employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, and benefits. * **Severance and settlements:** Calculate termination of employment relationships. * **CFDI:** Generate, stamp, and issue electronic payroll receipts.
