Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure the accurate preparation, control, and timely payment of payroll nationwide, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage payroll nationwide and ensure its timely payment. 2. Contribute to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. 3. Ensure compliance with current labor, tax, and social security regulations. We currently have an opening for: PAYROLL ANALYST JOB OBJECTIVE: To guarantee the accurate preparation, control, and timely payment of payroll nationwide, ensuring compliance with applicable labor, tax, and social security regulations, as well as internal organizational policies. To contribute to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction through reliable, accurate, and standardized payroll management processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Validation and timely payroll processing and payment nationwide Collection of attendance incidents from units and corporate offices Requesting and validating food voucher payments Tracking and reporting of employee absences due to illness or injury Organizing and coordinating onboarding for new hires Timely printing and distribution of payroll receipts to units Calculation of year-end bonuses (Aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), and special payroll runs Maintaining and updating the employee database with current information Calculation of severance pay and indemnities Knowledge and application of the Social Security Law, INFONAVIT, ISN, and ISR; state and federal taxes related to salaries and wages Generation of payroll reports and statistics Calculation of Daily Wage, Integrated Daily Wage, Employer-Employee Contributions, ISR on wages, year-end bonus calculations, and all other payroll- and compensation-related activities—illustrative but not exhaustive.
