Job Summary: Supervise and manage technical maintenance staff, ensuring execution of maintenance plans and resolution of incidents to optimize operations. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in HVAC, plumbing, and electromechanical maintenance. 2. Team management and maintenance planning. 3. Problem solving and focus on KPI compliance. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering, Senior Technician in Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields. Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in general preventive and corrective maintenance. At least 1–2 years in supervisory or team leadership roles. Technical Knowledge: HVAC Systems: Split, mini-split, VRF/VRV, chillers, rooftop units, fan coils, etc. Basic and industrial electricity. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical faults. Reading of electrical and mechanical blueprints. Use of measurement and diagnostic tools (manometers, multimeters, digital thermometers, etc.). General maintenance knowledge in PLUMBING, PAINTING, DRYWALL, ELECTRICITY. Team leadership and management. Maintenance planning and organization (preventive, corrective, and predictive). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer orientation and KPI compliance focus. Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Supervise technical staff assigned to HVAC, plumbing, electromechanical, and general maintenance. Ensure adherence to the preventive maintenance plan. Coordinate corrective interventions and emergency responses. Monitor usage of materials, tools, and spare parts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare technical reports and management summaries. Maintain contact with suppliers and contractors as needed. Work Location: Coyoacán (near Taxqueña metro station) We Offer: Salary: MXN 13,000 + fixed bonus MXN 2,000 Weekly payment every Friday, with a one-week delay. Morning shift: 6 AM – 2 PM, Monday to Friday; weekend shift: 8 AM – 4 PM, rotating weekends off.
