A leading specialized firm in automotive sector training is seeking talent to join its Training and Development team. **Instructional Graphic Designer** **Work Modality:** On-site / Hybrid (as required by operations) This position focuses on developing graphic and multimedia materials for digital training programs, e-learning courses, and virtual training environments (VTEs). We seek a candidate passionate about transforming complex technical content into dynamic, clear, and interactive visual learning experiences. ***What Are We Looking For?*** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design applied to training, e-learning, educational content, or instructional development: * Graphic design applied to training, instructional content, or e-learning. * Development of multimedia materials for virtual learning environments. * Creation and analysis of storyboards. * Content design focused on digital learning and user experience. Technical skills: Adobe Creative Suite – Design: · Photoshop · Illustrator · InDesign · Flash Adobe Creative Suite – Production: · Premiere · After Effects · Encore * Adobe Captivate * Microsoft Office: Word PowerPoint Excel ***What Do We Offer?*** Direct employment with the company.
