




Job Summary: An Urban Leader will analyze territorial planning frameworks and regulations, conduct urban diagnostics, market studies, and define strategies for urban, environmental, and social development, as well as prepare technical reports and manage quality. They provide services in territorial planning, cadastral management, civil protection, and geospatial analysis for governmental and private entities. Description **URBAN LEADER** **What Will You Do?** · Analyze territorial, urban, and sustainable development planning frameworks: urban development programs, land-use plans, and urban instruments. · Analyze applicable regulations: land-use zoning, construction, technical infrastructure, environmental standards, sustainability requirements, and official Mexican standards (NOM). · Conduct urban diagnostics covering land-use patterns, connectivity, public services, environment, and social aspects: risk matrices, and SWOT and CAME analyses. · Conduct studies on land suitability, market conditions, and demand. · Define proposals and strategies for urban, environmental, and social development. · Define territorial planning proposals: urban facilities and landscape, public spaces, and urban regeneration. · Prepare technical reports, compliance matrices, and executive summaries for clients and internal teams. · Organize, collect, and safeguard technical information according to internal procedures. · Manage quality, environmental, and safety aspects in accordance with corporate guidelines. **What Are We Looking For?** · Degree in Territorial Development, Urban Planning, Sustainable Development, Earth Sciences, Geography, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields (or currently completing the degree). · Valid driver’s license. · Knowledge of urban and environmental regulations. · Ability to conduct risk-zone diagnostics, area-of-intervention assessments, and urban-structure analyses. · Advanced knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and urban modeling platforms. · Willingness for continuous learning and regulatory updates. · Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. · Experience in projects related to land-use planning, mobility, infrastructure, industrial and logistics development, economic development, social impacts, public spaces, and sustainability. · Particularly valued: experience in developing urban development programs, master plans, territorial ordering plans, feasibility opinions, and industrial park development. **What Do We Offer?** · Joining a multidisciplinary, dynamic, inclusive, and committed team dedicated to equal opportunity. · Exposure to nationwide infrastructure projects. · Hybrid work arrangement. · Compensation commensurate with your experience and skills. .
