Diverse responsibilities in financial control and tax obligations ***HELADOS SHANNON is a Mexican company with 30 years of experience in the marketing and manufacturing of ingredients for the food industry.*** ***We are looking for: Accounting Assistant*** **Main Responsibilities:** * General accounting and accounting records. * Preparation and interpretation of financial statements. * Tax calculation and filing. * Compliance with tax obligations before SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). * Budgetary control and cash flow management. * Coordination of internal and external audits. * Payroll administration and control. * Bank reconciliations. * Supplier relations and negotiations. * Accounts receivable and payable follow-up. * Implementation and improvement of internal controls. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Age 30–40. * Professional appearance. * Prior experience as a General Accountant. * Solid knowledge of Mexican tax regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQi). * Knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Preferred experience managing budgets, cash flow, and audits. **Skills:** * Meticulous attention to detail to prevent financial errors. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and tax laws. * Strong mathematical and numerical analytical ability. * Discretion. * Analytical thinking. * Organization and follow-up. * Analytical thinking. * Proactivity. * Effective communication. * Negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $17,000 * Statutory benefits (social security from day one, vacation, vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus, profit sharing, etc.) * Job stability and professional growth **Work Location:** Near Portales or Ermita metro stations on Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application Question(s): * Have you used CONTPAQi?
