Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to oversee financial, tax, and cost accounting, including preparation of financial statements and compliance with tax obligations. JOIN OUR TEAM! **GENERAL ACCOUNTANT** REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (degree and professional license) * 3–5 years of verifiable experience in a similar position * Proficiency in financial, tax, and cost accounting. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax legislation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and supervise monthly and annual **financial statements**. **Maintain the company’s complete accounting records** Control and record the company’s **accounting transactions**. Coordinate and follow up on **internal and external audits**. Manage compliance with **tax obligations** (Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes). Supervise the **full accounting cycle**: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Support **financial planning** and budget preparation. Knowledge of **team management** COMPETENCIES * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with CONTPAQ, ERPs SOFT SKILLS * Ability to work under pressure * Organization * Conflict resolution.
