Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Telecommunications or Computer Systems (internship status acceptable) Basic experience as a systems, IT, networking, or related technical technician. Experience with ticketing tools. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Basic/intermediate networking knowledge (IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.). Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, antivirus software, etc. Disk analysis and recovery. Location: Azcapotzalco / Tecnoparque.
