We seek a Help Desk Analyst who will participate in structured processes, high-quality decision-making, and close contact with key organizational areas. Key Responsibilities 1.- Receive all incident notifications from users via telephone or email. 2.- Maintain records of all reported incidents with constant status updates until resolution. 3.- Classify and prioritize each received notification to route it to the appropriate department. 4.- Ensure continuous communication among all involved parties to deliver a satisfactory response to the user. 5.- Guide users regarding the operation of internal systems/applications used by the company. 6.- Address inquiries and/or provide advisory support on the operation and/or use of available IT resources. 7.- Act as a filter by providing immediate solutions to common questions and incidents.
