We seek a profile combining analytics + execution, responsible for managing end-to-end campaigns within the Payment Methods domain (Credit Cards / Debit Cards), ensuring measurable results and a robust, data-driven operation. What will you do? • Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns (segmentation, implementation, deployment, and tracking) • Define target audiences and eligibility rules • Coordinate with Data, IT, Channels, and Risk teams • Ensure quality, traceability, and SLA compliance • Measure performance using KPIs (conversion, activation, usage, churn) • Propose continuous improvements, pilots, and optimizations We are looking for someone with: • 5+ years of experience in CRM / campaigns / data-driven marketing • Experience in banking or payment methods • Proficiency in SQL / BI tools • Experience executing multichannel campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, App, etc.) • Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset Why this position?
