We are looking for top talent to provide online **Student Support**: **Requirements:** \- Completed bachelor’s degree (minimum certification required). \- Minimum one year of experience providing online customer follow-up and support (**preferably in the Education Sector**). \- Familiarity with customer service and initial follow-up procedures. **Employment Offer:** \- Base salary of $12,000 MXN gross per month \- Annual performance-based bonus \- Statutory benefits from day one of employment. \- Academic scholarships for Master’s or Bachelor’s programs. \- Medical services \- Possibility of transitioning to permanent employment after six months **Work Location and Schedule**: Narvarte neighborhood, 10 minutes from Eugenia Metro or Metrobús station, Monday to Friday **Desired Qualities:** \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Strong writing ability and spelling proficiency. \- Articulate and persuasive speaking skills \- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously \- Dynamic and proactive **Responsibilities** * · Guide prospective students throughout the entire enrollment process while delivering high-quality service.
