Technical Support Intern Location: VALLEJO PLANT Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM Financial support: $6500 MONTHLY, TAX-FREE Are you passionate about technology and seeking an opportunity to develop in various ICT areas? Join our team as an Intern and gain hands-on experience in Technical Support! RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support for software installation, configuration, and updates on computing devices. Perform preventive maintenance on computers and printers (physical cleaning and general inspection). Assist in diagnosing basic failures in computing devices and telephony equipment. Provide first-level technical support to users (on-site or remote). Collaborate in network cabling installation and organization. Log incidents and track support tickets. Assist in basic device configuration (email, printers, network, etc.). REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled student (in final semesters) in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Valid faculty insurance and up-to-date tax status certificate. Interest in technical support and IT problem-solving. Availability to work full-time shifts.
