Position Summary: We are seeking a Training and Electronics Engineer to supervise operational staff, evaluate performance, monitor KPIs, and lead the technical team at a Samsung service center. Repair and maintenance of electronic equipment **SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER** WE ARE SEEKING A TRAINING AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEER **Requirements** * Minimum Education: Technical diploma Requirements: * Academic background: Incomplete engineering degree or student in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields (Computer Science and/or Administration). * Coordinate and supervise activities of operational staff. * Evaluate operational staff performance and take corrective actions when necessary. KPI Monitoring: * Generate periodic reports on performance and goal achievement. * Implement continuous improvements based on KPI results. Team Leadership: * Supervise and coordinate operational staff activities. * Provide ongoing training and development to the technical team. * Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment. * Repair of electronic equipment, displays, mobile phones, and white goods. * Corrective and preventive maintenance. * Availability for fieldwork in CDMX. We offer: * Base monthly salary + PSL * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM. * Life insurance * Bonuses and incentives * Continuous training Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
