Key role in corporate stability and security **We are looking for a Risk Manager\- Compliance** Mexico’s largest and most important laboratory is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals. **What do I need?** * Education:** Law, Public Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. / Master’s degree in Auditing, Corporate Law, Risk Management, or an MBA (degree certificate and professional license). **Prior Work Experience** 7 to 10 years of experience in internal control, auditing, legal, or compliance areas. Minimum 3 years leading teams or coordinating compliance functions at the managerial level. **Prior Knowledge** Design and implementation of Risk Management Frameworks (COSO, RCSA). Specific experience in BCP: Design and execution of Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Development of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) in collaboration with IT. Coordination of crisis simulation exercises and emergency communication management. Regulatory knowledge: In-depth understanding of Mexican laws (anti-corruption, data protection, sector-specific regulations) and international frameworks (FCPA, UK Bribery Act). **Technical Skills** **Risk Assessment**: Ability to design, populate, and monitor Risk Matrices (Probability vs. Impact). Design of risk assessment models and heat maps. **Internal Control Frameworks**: Proficiency in methodologies such as COSO, RCSA, MCA, or ERM. **Mexican Regulatory Requirements**: Knowledge of the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities, Federal Labor Law, and transparency regulations.
