Capability to participate in multidisciplinary teams through disciplined activity tracking. **Key Responsibilities:** *Hard Skills* Minimum 2 years of experience as a PM in project management. Solid foundation for creating a project plan—including objectives, establishing timelines, and organizing tasks according to stakeholder needs—as well as maintaining an up-to-date project plan. Knowledge of risk, issue, and dependency management. Proficient use of MS Office tools—such as filters—for managing and presenting reports, ensuring data quality and controls. Basic-level Microsoft Project proficiency. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Experience in software factory development projects.
