Collaboration in dish plating and adherence to standards Assist in basic food preparation (washing, disinfecting, peeling, cutting vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients). Prepare simple items under supervision (sauces, side dishes, beverages, etc.). Keep the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas clean and organized before, during, and after service. Store food correctly, following rotation rules (FIFO) and expiration date controls. Assist in receiving and verifying supplies, ensuring quality and quantity. Comply with personal hygiene standards (uniform usage, handwashing, hairnet usage, etc.). Collaborate in dish plating or presentation as needed. Handle waste properly and maintain sanitized areas.
